Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in GT, DT, or reseller management.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel frequently for market visits and client meetings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with General Trade (GT), Distributor Trade (DT), and resellers to drive sales growth.
- Identify and onboard new resellers and distributors, ensuring proper account management.
- Achieve sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and promotions.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor sales performance, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and trade terms to maximize profitability.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, inventory management, and timely deliveries.
- Provide training and product knowledge support to resellers and distributors.
- Prepare sales reports, market analysis, and forecasts for management review
