Job Requirement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in GT, DT, or reseller management.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for market visits and client meetings.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with General Trade (GT), Distributor Trade (DT), and resellers to drive sales growth.
  • Identify and onboard new resellers and distributors, ensuring proper account management.
  • Achieve sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and promotions.
  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor sales performance, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and trade terms to maximize profitability.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, inventory management, and timely deliveries.
  • Provide training and product knowledge support to resellers and distributors.
  • Prepare sales reports, market analysis, and forecasts for management review
