Job Responsibilities
- Develop and validate packaging structural for new and existing products for fit, structure-function, materials, cost-effectiveness, manufacturability, and transportation:
- Primer Packaging
- Secondary Packaging
- Tertiary Packaging
- Conduct standard testing for packaging and analyze trial results:
- Sizing / Netto
- Compatibility
- Drop Test
- Function
- Leakage
- Adhesiveness (Label)
- Create packaging specifications for all current products & upcoming NPD:
- SPBK
- Color Range / Acceptance Range
- Maintain and check stability / compatibility test with R&D / OEM (Priority: NPD)
- Perform quality check / validation for new inbound packaging
- Check packaging design artwork for dimension and technical issues
- Collaborate with other departments, factory, and vendors related to packaging development
