Job Requirement

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree from a Pharmacy or related fields with health regulation (having STRA/STRTTK is a plus point)
  • Have a good knowledge of regulatory compliance & regulatory systems (PKRT, BPOM, halal certification)
  • Good project management skills, including managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external suppliers, negotiation and administrative skills
  • Willing to mobile-working for doing all regulatory needed

Job Responsibilities

Assist the RA & Import Specialist to do:

  • Registration for cosmetics, health supplements, and food to BPOM and prepare DIP (Daftar Informasi Produk)
  • Prepare and create all documents needed for Export (CFS and another administration) and Import (SKI)
  • Create and ensure the product etiquette matches with BPOM (claim compliance, artwork check, and approval)
  • Maintain timeline and follow up the registration process to keep the timeline
  • Collect data for monthly reports and also coordinate with another department
  • Collect and prepare data for KEMENKES and BPOM inspection
  • Maintain the NIE validity period and remind Project PIC of the renewal
  • Documentation for all documents to build a management system
  • Help to make payment requests for regulatory services
