Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacist or Science Field from a reputable university
- Minimum 1,5 years experience in beauty product development
- Has a broad knowledge of skincare or makeup ingredients and is a beauty enthusiast.
- Excellent leadership skills with experience leading product managers and cross-functional teams.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer insights, trends, and competitive landscape, translating them into product concepts and strategies.
- Lead the end-to-end product development process, from idealization to commercialization, for new beauty products across various categories.
- Coordinate with internal or external parties (Laboratory / Manufacture / Vendors) in the process of making prototype samples and product timelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product briefs, specifications, and timelines, managing the project from concept development, formulation, and testing to final production.
- Ensure compliance with all important directions, measures, and quality rules all through the product development process.
- Conduct consumer insight for continuous improvement and for ongoing development further.
- Create a product development roadmap and optimize existing product portfolio in accordance with the brand philosophy of the highest quality.
