Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Data Science, or a related field
- Relevant certifications in digital marketing, such as Google Ads Certification, Facebook Blueprint, or Digital Academy (e.g. Revou)
- 1-3 years of experience in digital advertising or performance marketing, with a focus on paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
- Proven experience running campaigns across major platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok Ads, Shopee Ads, etc.
- Experience in reporting and dashboards: Comfortable creating detailed performance reports using Google Data Studio, Spreadsheet, or other reporting tools.
- Understanding of social media trends and best practices to create ads that are aligned with each platform's style (e.g., TikTok’s short, authentic videos or Instagram’s visually appealing content).
- Experience managing advertising budgets, ensuring that campaigns are cost-effective and deliver a strong ROAS.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage campaign budgets, ensuring funds are allocated effectively to achieve the best possible performance.
- Monitor spending, and optimize campaigns to ensure the best possible Return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Optimize campaigns to improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rates (CTR), CPM, ROAS
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and performance tools, adapting strategies as needed.
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance, detailing traffic sources, audience behavior, and conversion metrics.
- Work with other teams (e.g., Content, KOL, Campaign) to ensure a cohesive digital marketing strategy.
- Focusing on strategies to increase conversions in E-commerce, such as optimizing audiences, calls to action (CTAs), and content selection.
