Job Requirement

  • A strong passion for sales in the beauty industry, with knowledge of current beauty trends, products, and markets.
  • Previous experience in sales, particularly in a B2B (business-to-business) environment, is necessary.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are for negotiating deals, presenting proposals, managing partners, and corresponding with clients and team members.
  • Being able to analyze sales data, market trends, and performance metrics for making informed decisions and optimizing sales strategies.
  • The ability to adapt to changing market conditions, customer preferences, and company objectives to achieve goals.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop sales strategies and objectives aligned with the company's goals and market conditions to achieve sales target.
  • Manage, recruit, train, and supervise a team of sales representatives included sales assistant, beauty advisor, team leader, admin, etc. Provide coaching, guidance, and performance evaluations to ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and providing solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify new business opportunities, potential market, and segments for expansion. Develop and implement plans to capitalize on these opportunities.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast future sales volumes and revenue. Prepare regular reports and presentations for management, highlighting performance metrics, trends, and areas for improvement.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure profitable deals while meeting their needs and expectations.
  • Stay informed about industry developments, market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes that may affect sales strategies and business operations.
  • Manage the sales budget effectively, allocating resources efficiently to maximize ROI (Return on Investment) and achieve sales objectives.
  • Continuously assess and improve sales processes, procedures, and techniques to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall performance.
